The charity offers a suite of free, confidential services that include a national helpline for adults, self-management workshops, virtual programmes and a rich media library of expert talks and webinars. Through regular nationwide events and meetings, members can connect with a thriving community, share experiences and learn practical strategies to reduce pain, improve quality of life and enhance employability. Chronic Pain Ireland also provides up-to-date information on research such as the PRIME study, and champions policy change to improve access to care.
