Aware is a national mental-health charity dedicated to supporting people at every stage of their wellbeing journey. With four decades of experience, the organisation offers a compassionate safety net for those living with depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety, as well as for their families and friends.

Its core services include a range of Support Services, Positive Mental Health Programmes, and a comprehensive library of Information & Resources designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to protect their mental health.
