WOMEN'S AID (DUNDALK) COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Women's Aid Dundalk is a charitable organisation dedicated to upholding the basic rights of women and children who are experiencing, or have experienced, domestic violence. Based in Dundalk, County Louth, the service operates an open-door refuge and a range of support programmes designed to foster safety, personal growth and self-reliance in a nurturing environment.

The charity offers a 24-hour confidential helpline, one-to-one support (both on-site and outreach), and crisis accommodation where each woman is paired with a key worker to assess needs and plan for the future. Additional specialist services include advocacy and accompaniment to Gardaí, courts and health professionals, supported housing with dedicated support workers, and comprehensive court support for Domestic Violence Orders. For younger survivors, the Children & Youth Service provides therapeutic interventions, while the Playroom Project delivers part-time and full-time early-years care for children aged one to six.
