Aspire - the Autism Spectrum Association of Ireland - is a national charity founded in 1995 by a group of parents to champion the rights and wellbeing of autistic people across the island. Operating a family-inclusive model, Aspire provides a range of services that support both individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, from residential programmes that develop independent-living skills to tailored training for schools, colleges, workplaces and community services.

Key specialisations include Aspire Designs, a social-enterprise where autistic graphic designers create unique greeting cards and other sensory-friendly products, and a suite of social-meet-up groups for adults and youths that foster community, confidence and belonging. The organisation also produces easy-read guides, learning resources (in partnership with Outside the Box), and regular newsletters that keep the autistic community informed and connected. Through advocacy, education and hands-on support, Aspire works to improve quality of life for autistic people throughout Ireland.
