Jack and Jill Foundation Company Limited By Guarantee is a charitable organisation dedicated to keeping children with complex, life-limiting conditions at home, where they belong. Born from the personal care journey of Jonathan Irwin and Mary Ann O'Brien, the foundation has developed a proven home-nursing model that now supports more than 400 Irish families and has helped over 3,000 families nationwide to care for their children with specialist-trained nurses and carers.

The charity offers a comprehensive suite of services, including a 24/7 nursing team, personalised family support, sibling resources and practical assistance such as equipment sourcing and routine planning. In addition, Jack and Jill runs a vibrant volunteer programme, community fundraising initiatives and corporate partnership opportunities, all aimed at giving families the "gift of time" to enjoy everyday moments together.
