Clondalkin Addiction Support Programme (CASP) is a community-focused, not-for-profit organisation that delivers holistic, ethically-based treatment for people who use substances and their families. Drawing on an integrated approach, CASP addresses the physical, psychological, social and emotional dimensions of addiction, helping clients chart a new path toward lasting recovery.

The programme offers a suite of services across Dublin and its suburbs as well as the Limerick/Mid-West region. In the Dublin catchment CASP provides recovery programmes, needle-exchange, community-prison liaison and primary health-care support, alongside dedicated family and outreach services. In the Limerick/Mid-West area the complementary CSMT team delivers the Community Reinforcement Approach, parent-support initiatives, prevention and education, mindfulness and auricular therapies. Regular community projects - such as the Family Fun Day, the Clondalkin Men's Shed and the Addiction Focus Group - reinforce the organisation's commitment to building supportive networks.

By combining evidence-based interventions with a strong community ethos, CASP strives to empower individuals and families to overcome addiction and thrive within their local environments.
