Involve Company Limited By Guarantee is a charitable organisation dedicated to youth and educational services across Ireland. Since its origins in 1972 as the National Association of Traveller Centres, Involve now engages more than 1 500 young people each week through seven community hubs, offering a safe, inclusive space where participants can explore new ideas, develop skills and build lasting friendships.

The organisation's core programmes include Youthwork - a vibrant mix of sports, arts, cooking, dancing and outdoor camps - and Traveller's Voice, a magazine that celebrates Traveller culture both nationally and internationally. Through its Involve Programmes, the charity delivers targeted initiatives that promote Traveller inclusion and cultural awareness, while a dedicated training portal enables young people to earn recognised quality-skills certificates.

By combining hands-on activities with mentorship and community outreach, Involve empowers young people to become confident leaders and active contributors to society, fostering personal growth and a sense of belonging throughout the island.
