Cork Institute of Technology Student Services Company Limited by Guarantee is the dedicated catering and retail arm of Munster Technological University's Cork Bishopstown campus. Operating as a charitable-status subsidiary, the company's primary purpose is to deliver high-quality food, beverage and retail experiences to students, staff and visitors across the campus.

The portfolio includes a range of dining venues - from the Food Court, Costa Coffee and the Snack Bar in the main building, to the mobile Daily Grind coffee unit and the Bistro in the Student Centre. Retail provision is centred on the Nexus Market in the Student Centre and An Siopa (the Quikpick store) in the main building. All outlets are run with a focus on value for money, consistent service and a clean, litter-free environment, with any surplus earnings reinvested into campus facilities.

Guided by a board of university representatives, the company blends hospitality with a sustainable business approach, ensuring that every meal and purchase contributes to a welcoming, supportive campus community.
