County Sligo LEADER Partnership CLG is a community-focused organisation that delivers a suite of development programmes on behalf of local and national government. Its core mission is to improve the quality of life for disadvantaged individuals, families and groups across County Sligo, helping them to access training, education, employment and social inclusion opportunities.

The partnership administers a range of schemes, including the Rural Development Programme, Back to Work Enterprise, Community Employment, Rural Social and the Healthy Ireland Fund. Through these initiatives it provides employment training and placements, supports rural and social-enterprise development, funds environmental and community-enhancement projects, and runs the new WorkAbility programme - a tailored pathway to work for people with disabilities. Additional services cover personal and social support, grant assistance for voluntary groups, and enterprise backing that creates jobs and promotes inclusive growth. A dedicated Ukrainian-support team also offers information and assistance to Ukrainian residents in Sligo.
