St. Patrick's Archdiocesan Trust Company Limited by Guarantee is the charitable arm of the Archdiocese of Armagh, established to steward the financial, property and developmental needs of the diocese and its 61 parishes. The Trust operates through a series of specialist committees - Finance, Building & Development, Property, and Personnel - each chaired by senior clergy and lay members, ensuring transparent governance and prudent management of resources.

Its core activities include overseeing diocesan finances, maintaining and developing church buildings, safeguarding assets, and supporting a wide range of pastoral and educational initiatives such as adult faith formation, youth ministry, and the provision of religious-education resources. By coordinating with commissions on education, safeguarding, justice and peace, the Trust helps the Archdiocese deliver spiritual, social and community services across Armagh and the wider region.

Based in Armagh, the Trust works closely with the Archbishop, the Diocesan Secretary and a dedicated administrative team to sustain the mission of the Church, promote stewardship, and enable the faithful to thrive in their ministries and ministries of outreach.
