IRISH CANCER SOCIETY

Key services include a confidential freephone Support Line staffed by nurses, a network of Daffodil Centres offering face-to-face advice, a transport service that provides thousands of free rides to treatment, specialised support for children and young adults, free support packs, counselling sessions and night-nursing care for those at the end of life. The organisation also runs fundraising campaigns, volunteer programmes and public-policy initiatives, all underpinned by a community of patients, survivors, health professionals and supporters.
