Cappoquin Community Development Company CLG is a self-financing, not-for-profit organisation that has been championing social and economic growth in Cappoquin, Co Waterford since 1993. It owns and operates the Cappoquin Community Centre - a vibrant hub that houses a creche, preschool and after-school programme, adult education courses in partnership with the Waterford-Wexford Education and Training Board, a fully-equipped gymnasium, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, a stage and theatre, and a modern sports hall.

In addition to its community-focused facilities, the Company manages a portfolio of six starter industrial units on the IDA Industrial Estate at Carrigeen, providing affordable space for emerging local enterprises. Through its sister entity, Cappoquin Regeneration Company Ltd (established 2019), it also tackles vacancy and dereliction, helping to revitalise the town's built environment.

The Company's mission is to deliver lasting social and economic benefit by sustainably managing its assets, fostering education, health, culture and enterprise, and building a stronger, more connected community for residents of Cappoquin and the surrounding area.
