Brill Family Resource Centre (Brill FRC) is a community-focused charity that supports families, young people and individuals across the Ballybeg/Kilbarry/Lacken, Larchville, Lisduggan and Manor St John areas of Waterford City. Funded largely by government grants and sustained by public donations, the centre's purpose is to enhance education, training and personal development while fostering a society free from prejudice, inequality and exclusion.

The centre offers a wide range of services, from the Waterford Family Cookery School and Nutrition Centre and specialised support for neurodivergent families, to a Parent Hub, ParentChild+ programmes and the 50 Shades of Exceptional Social Club. It also provides creative therapies, adult training and parenting courses, weekly job booklets, and enterprise initiatives such as community allotments, family growing areas and room-rental facilities. Volunteering opportunities and third-level work placements further strengthen local engagement.

Brill FRC places a strong emphasis on collaborative partnerships, working alongside existing community services to co-create needs-led responses. By linking people, resources and expertise, the centre helps families improve their quality of life, develop their potential and combat disadvantage.
