Kilmovee Community Housing Company Limited by Guarantee is a registered charity and approved voluntary housing body that has been at the heart of the Kilmovee community since 1993. Operating from the Kilmovee Community Centre, the organisation delivers a broad range of services designed to foster inclusive, sustainable development for local residents and visitors alike.

The company’s core offering is social housing, with eight age‑friendly homes – two of which are family‑focused – situated alongside the Community Centre and the Cáirdeas Kilmovee Family Resource Centre. Complementary services include a community laundry, hall hire, active‑age groups, a poly‑tunnel for horticultural projects, and the delivery of Education and Training Board (ETB) courses. Additional programmes such as Family Support, Meals on Wheels, and a varied calendar of training workshops further enhance wellbeing across the area. Kilmovee’s vibrant sports and leisure scene – from GAA teams and summer swimming sessions to the Fairy Trail and the annual 10 km run – is also supported by the centre.
