Seirbhísi na nÓg (No 4 Youth Service) is a Galway-based charitable organisation dedicated to supporting young people aged 13-25 through challenging periods of their lives. Drawing on a holistic youth-work approach, the service creates safe, inclusive spaces where participants can develop resilience, confidence and the skills needed to make positive life choices.

The programme portfolio includes practical homelessness-prevention assistance, one-to-one counselling with qualified professionals, and targeted tuition for those at risk of early school leaving. In addition, No 4 offers careers guidance and employability skills workshops, helping young people explore realistic educational pathways and enter the workforce. The service is also attuned to the needs of ethnic minorities, young parents, justice-system participants and those without family support, providing tailored support that promotes mental-health wellbeing and personal development.

Guided by the Personal Development and Critical Social Education models, No 4 Youth Service operates as a health-promoting service, recognised with the National Health Quality Mark. By fostering supportive relationships and collaborative partnerships, the organisation strives to deliver better outcomes for up to 550 young people each year, in line with Ireland's National Policy for Children and Young People.
