National Youth Federation Company Limited by Guarantee is the national federation that brings together 20 member youth services and a central office to champion quality youth work across Ireland. By supporting, empowering, inspiring and educating young people, the federation helps its members deliver best-practice services that develop potential, strengthen communities and promote equality, access and participation for all.

Through its four strategic pillars-Communication, Advocacy, Support and Impact-the federation amplifies the value and outcomes of youth work, advocates on issues raised by members and young people, and provides practical assistance that enables positive results. Its suite of resources includes a Youth Information Chat, dedicated youth supports and a regular newsletter that keeps the sector connected and informed.
