Prosper Meath Company Limited By Guarantee is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with an intellectual disability. Formerly known as MIDWAY, the service joined the wider Prosper Group in 2016 and now delivers day-services from local centres in Navan, Trim, Kells and Ashbourne, operating in line with national disability policy and funded primarily through an annual Service Arrangement with the Health Service Executive.

The organisation's ethos centres on "supporting each individual to live the life they choose", encouraging people to develop their skills, talents and interests while making their own decisions. By listening to the views of those they support, Prosper Meath cultivates a happy workplace and a supportive community environment. As part of the Prosper Group, it contributes to a network that assists almost 500 individuals and their carers across 22 locations in County Meath and County Fingal, reinforcing its commitment to inclusion, personal growth and societal participation.
