North Tipperary Hospice Movement Company Limited by Guarantee is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting anyone in North Tipperary whose life has been touched by cancer or a life-ending illness. Operating free-of-charge Cancer Support Centres in Thurles and Nenagh, with a third hub soon opening in Roscrea, the movement offers a confidential, comfortable space where patients, families, partners and friends can find practical assistance and emotional reassurance.

The centre's holistic programme includes one-to-one counselling, transport services, prosthesis fitting and a wide range of therapeutic activities such as massage, reflexology, mindfulness yoga, art and gardening classes, coffee mornings and social events. All services are provided at no cost, reflecting the organisation's belief that nobody should face a cancer journey alone. Funding is sustained through donations, fundraising events and the invaluable contribution of volunteers, with an annual target of €400,000 to keep the doors open for the community they serve.
