The Irish National Tae Kwon-Do Association (INTA) is the governing body for ITF-style Tae Kwon-Do in Ireland, dedicated to promoting the art's technical excellence and its core values of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and an indomitable spirit. As a company limited by guarantee, INTA organises national championships, open international tournaments and specialist training events such as the Grand Master Class, where senior masters and grandmasters deliver grading, pattern work, partner routines and practical advice in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Through its regular programmes, INTA provides practitioners of all ages and abilities with access to high-quality instruction, official ITF certification and pathways to master-grade qualifications. Recent highlights include the first Grand Master Class of 2026 at Luttrellstown Community Centre, where newly promoted masters received their official certificates from Grand Masters O'Toole and Martin. By fostering a vibrant community of athletes, coaches and volunteers, INTA continues to inspire and develop the next generation of Tae Kwon-Do leaders across the island.
