Limerick City Partnership (formerly PAUL Partnership) is a not-for-profit community development organisation dedicated to fostering social inclusion throughout Limerick City. By working with local groups, job-seekers, employers and families, the partnership delivers a wide range of support services that help individuals and communities thrive.

Key programmes include employment and enterprise initiatives such as TÚS, SICAP - Enterprise and Community Jobs, alongside education and lifelong-learning opportunities through SICAP - Education Support and childcare training and development. The partnership also provides child and family services, health, wellbeing and ageing support, and runs a series of free workshops - from ideas generation and digital marketing to start-up business courses - designed to empower residents and boost local enterprise.

Through its collaborative approach, Limerick City Partnership acts as a catalyst for regeneration, helping people access training, secure sustainable employment and build resilient, inclusive neighbourhoods across the city.
