Inner City Enterprise (ICE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to helping the unemployed, young people and social entrepreneurs turn ideas into thriving businesses. By offering a comprehensive suite of supports-including enterprise advice, business-plan writing, mentoring, and access to grants and loans-ICE guides clients from the first spark of an idea through to sustainable growth.

The organisation runs regular training workshops, networking events and specialised courses that equip budding founders with practical skills such as website development, financial planning and leadership. With over 2 800 clients registered since its 2012 relaunch, ICE has helped more than 1 200 start-ups launch, awarded 25 financial grants to social enterprises, and delivered more than 30 training and networking events each year.
