Baseline Surveys Ltd is a family-run surveying firm founded in 1990 by Paudie Barry, a member of Engineers Ireland. Drawing on more than three decades of experience, the company delivers high-precision land, topographic and building surveys for both private individuals and commercial clients throughout Ireland. Their expertise extends to legal mapping, boundary and setting-out services, and they also provide specialist training for the civil-engineering and construction sectors.

The business relies on state-of-the-art equipment, including Trimble R12i RTK GPS units, a Trimble SX10 total station and a DJI RTK survey drone, ensuring fast turnaround times and highly accurate 2-D and 3-D CAD deliverables. Notably, Baseline Surveys was recently commissioned to survey the gardens of Áras an Uachtaráin, the President's residence, demonstrating the confidence placed in their forensic mapping capabilities.
