I.R.D. North Mayo - West Sligo Company Limited By Guarantee, trading as Moy Valley Resources, is a community-development organisation dedicated to the social and economic revitalisation of the Moy Valley region in North Mayo and West Sligo. Working in partnership with local groups, public bodies and EU programmes, the company delivers a wide range of initiatives - from the LEADER rural-development scheme and community-employment placements to the Craoibhín Ballina project that supports the ageing population, and the Mayo Volunteer Centre which links volunteers with local charities.

A core part of its remit is enterprise support. The Greenhills Enterprise Centre and associated facilities provide fully serviced incubation spaces, office and light-industrial units, secure self-storage, virtual-office services and modern meeting rooms, helping start-ups and small businesses to grow. In addition, Moy Valley Resources promotes tourism through Mayo North Tourism, positioning the area as a year-round destination.

Based in Ballina, County Mayo, the organisation serves individuals, community groups and businesses across the North Mayo and West Sligo catchment, offering expertise, advocacy and practical resources to foster sustainable development.
