Dundalk Counselling Centre CLG is a community-based, non-profit organisation that has been providing professional therapeutic counselling in the north of Ireland since 1982. Founded in response to the social distress caused by high unemployment and the influx of refugees from Northern Ireland, the centre now serves individuals and families across Louth, Meath, Monaghan, Cavan, Armagh and Down, regardless of social class, religious persuasion or race.

The centre offers a comprehensive range of services, including child, adolescent and adult counselling, as well as specialised support for couples, families and students. Group therapy sessions are also available in a dedicated, safe space for young people. All counsellors are professionally trained and hold-or are working towards-accreditation with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and the Family Therapy Association Ireland, ensuring the highest standards of care.

With a clear mission to reach the socially deprived and disadvantaged, Dundalk Counselling Centre delivers inclusive, empathetic support that helps clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and other life stresses, fostering wellbeing throughout the community.
