The Irish M.E. Trust Company Limited By Guarantee is a charitable organisation founded in 1989 to support people living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) across Ireland. It offers a dedicated information hub and a confidential counselling service, helping sufferers navigate the personal and practical challenges of the condition while also advocating for greater public and professional awareness.

The Trust's core activities include disseminating up-to-date research, promoting the Canadian Consensus Document for ME/CFS, and encouraging the development of sub-group-specific studies to move towards reliable diagnostic markers and tailored treatments. As a member of the European ME Alliance, the Trust works closely with healthcare professionals, researchers and carers to champion quality biomedical research and to ensure the voices of the estimated 12,000 Irish patients-many of whom are severely disabled-are heard.
