DUBLIN YOUTH THEATRE COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Dublin Youth Theatre (DYT) is a Dublin-based charitable company that creates high-quality artistic experiences for young people. Through a robust programme of thirty weekly drama workshops, DYT equips members with the skills and confidence to write, direct and perform their own work, culminating in a season of exciting productions that are both challenging and relevant to contemporary youth life.

The organisation's flagship events include the Debut One-Act Festival, which offers new members their first public performance, and the Members One-Act Festival, showcasing four original plays crafted and staged by current members. In addition, DYT delivers at least one major production each year - recent highlights have featured bold pieces such as "UBU (after Alfred Jarry)" at the historic Smock Alley Theatre.
