CHILDREN'S GROUP LINK COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Children's Group Link is a Waterford-city based charity operating as a Company Limited by Guarantee. Since its founding in 1979 as St Mary's Junior Centre, the organisation has grown from a dozen children to a vibrant community hub that links young people with one another, with volunteers and with the wider community.

The charity provides a safe, welcoming space where children can participate in a range of activities, enjoy organised holidays and benefit from the support of dedicated volunteers. Its purpose-built premises, Oak Villa, were acquired and developed through extensive fundraising and corporate sponsorship, and today serve as the centre for the group's programmes.

Supported by the Department of Rural and Community Development and Pobal, Children's Group Link continues to foster social inclusion and personal development for children across Waterford, operating at full capacity and relying on the ongoing generosity of donors and partners.
