The Rehab Group

The Rehab Group is a long-standing disability organisation that has been breaking down barriers for more than 70 years. With a presence in Ireland, Scotland and Poland, it supports over 12,800 people to live lives of their own choosing, helping them achieve independence, education and meaningful employment within their local communities.

Its work is delivered through three core strands. RehabCare provides high-quality, flexible care services that enable independent living, from residential support to community-based assistance. The National Learning Network offers tailored, student-centred education and training programmes, giving learners the practical skills and confidence they need to thrive. Employability and Social Enterprise creates genuine work opportunities and dynamic business solutions, linking people with disabilities to sustainable employment and entrepreneurial pathways.
