The Burren Smokehouse Limited is a family-run artisan producer founded in 1989 by Birgitta and Peter Curtin in the heart of Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare, just off the Wild Atlantic Way. Drawing on Ireland's finest, locally sourced raw materials, the company hand-smokes a range of organic Irish salmon and other fish in its award-winning smokehouse, delivering the distinctive flavours of both classic cold-smoked and hot-smoked varieties such as the honey, lemon & pepper blend.
Beyond its premium salmon range, The Burren Smokehouse offers curated gift collections-including the Burren Breakfast Basket and the Irish Whiskey Hamper-as well as a mini food trail for visitors.
