O'Carroll's Cove Limited is a family-run seaside restaurant that proudly claims the title of the most westerly seafood venue in Europe. Nestled between the charming villages of Caherdaniel and Castlecove, the eatery overlooks the sweeping beauty of Kenmare Bay, where diners can spot playful dolphins and seals while enjoying a menu built on 100 % Irish produce. From freshly caught seafood and succulent steaks to a range of gluten-free options and indulgent desserts, the kitchen celebrates the very best of Ireland's culinary heritage.

Beyond the main dining room, the venue offers a seasonal deck that comes alive with live music on weekend evenings, an enclosed traditional bar - Maisie Ryan's - for those over 18, and "The Shack", a summer-only take-away service. Guests can also extend their stay in one of two comfortable apartments, making O'Carroll's Cove a full-service destination for food, drink and relaxation. The business is currently closed for the winter season (3 October 2025 - 12 March 2026) and looks forward to welcoming visitors back by the sea in spring.
