THE RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNCIL OF IRELAND COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The Retirement Planning Council of Ireland (RPC) is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation that has been helping Irish people prepare for the later stages of life since 1974. Independent of any financial institution and governed by a voluntary board of directors, RPC delivers unbiased support, information and guidance to individuals and organisations across the country.

At the heart of its work are practical, face-to-face and online courses - more than 20,000 sessions have been run for over 150,000 attendees. The flagship "Planning for Retirement" programme offers a holistic view of both financial and lifestyle considerations, while the one-day "Executive Planning for Retirement" course provides a bespoke, smooth transition from work to retirement. An in-house offering also assists mid-career professionals in mapping financial priorities, career ambitions and personal development to foster workplace well-being. Complementary resources such as a retirement knowledge base, a Menopause Hub and guidance on the Winter Fuel Allowance further enrich the council's support network.
