The Liberties Community Project COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The Liberties Community Project Company Limited by Guarantee is a community‑driven organisation serving the South West Inner City of Dublin. Formed in July 2024 through the voluntary merger of two long‑standing development bodies – SICCDA (established 1982) and Robert Emmet CDP (established 2003) – the Project brings together decades of local expertise to build resilient, empowered neighbourhoods.

The Project delivers a broad suite of programmes that address employment, education, social enterprise, integration, housing and community development. It also supports residents in research and advocacy, giving people a genuine voice in decisions that affect their lives. By offering tailored services and creating opportunities for community input, the organisation strives to ensure that no‑one is left behind and that every resident can contribute to a stronger, more inclusive community.

As a proud member of the Dublin City Community Coop and a registered charity (CHY 7015, Charity Regulator 20014223), The Liberties Community Project works collaboratively with partners, funders and local volunteers to turn vision into action, fostering a vibrant, forward‑looking South West Inner City.
