Dun Laoghaire Community Training Centre (DLCTC) is a not-for-profit education provider that has been helping early school leavers launch successful careers since 1986. Based in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin, the centre delivers fully accredited QQI Level 3 and Level 4 programmes that are equivalent to the Junior and Leaving Certificates and open pathways to further education, apprenticeships and PLC courses.

The curriculum combines mandatory subjects - Communications, Maths, IT and Personal Effectiveness - with a choice of specialist streams such as Gateway (part-time), Catering, IT Skills, Childcare, Woodwork and a VTCT Diploma in Hair & Beauty. All courses are designed to be practical and industry-relevant, and the centre offers continuous recruitment, personalised guidance and a supportive learning environment. Funding is provided by the Dublin Dun Laoghaire Education Training Board, ensuring that learners receive high-quality training without financial barriers.
