Dundalk Enterprise Development Company (DEDC) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fostering enterprise and job creation in Dundalk and its surrounding hinterland. Through its flagship initiative, Oriel Hub, DEDC provides a vibrant enterprise centre where small and medium-sized businesses can grow side-by-side. The Hub occupies 10,000 sq ft of flexible space, divided into nine separate units that currently host eleven independent companies, each enjoying its own "own-door" office.

In addition to the shared environment, DEDC offers ready-to-move-in premises, such as a 1,000 sq ft open-plan office on the second floor, complete with a small private office, kitchenette and bathroom. These spaces are designed to give start-ups and expanding firms a professional base without the overhead of a traditional lease. By delivering tailored enterprise development support and affordable, well-equipped workspaces, DEDC aims to nurture a thriving business climate that drives sustainable employment throughout the region.
