The Irish Environmental Conservation Organisation for Youth - UNESCO Clubs (ECO-UNESCO) is a leading environmental-education and youth-development charity that channels the passion, creativity and energy of young people into tangible, positive action for the planet. By offering a suite of award, training and club programmes, ECO-UNESCO inspires, educates, empowers and supports learners aged 10-18 to become confident environmental advocates in their communities.

Key initiatives include the all-Ireland Young Environmentalist Awards, which recognise and reward grassroots environmental projects; a QQI-accredited training portfolio delivered through face-to-face workshops, courses and the ECO-Academy online learning portal; and a range of youth clubs such as Youth for Sustainable Development, the Climate Advocate Programme, ECO-Choices and ECO-Clubs. These programmes provide practical experience, skill-building and networking opportunities, while also inviting partnership with the private sector to amplify social impact.
