Shannon Sailing Unlimited Company operates the privately-owned Shannon Sailing Marina on the shores of Lough Derg, Ireland's largest freshwater lake, in the village of Dromineer, Co. Tipperary. Since 1985 the marina has provided a secure, sheltered haven for more than 80 boats, offering a full suite of on-site facilities including berths, swing moorings, a private slipway, diesel and pump-out services, and a well-stocked chandlery.

The heart of the operation is a comprehensive workshop capable of genuine engine work, mechanical overhauls, hull cleaning, painting and antifouling. Clients can also take advantage of the "Guardianship Model", which looks after everything from engine servicing and battery charging to fridge stocking and fuel provision, ensuring a vessel is always ready for launch. In addition, Shannon Sailing runs a professional boat-brokerage service, assisting owners with buying or selling craft on Ireland's inland waterways.

With winter-isation and annual maintenance options, as well as lift-and-wash services using specialist marine products, the marina caters to leisure boat owners who value a personalised, all-round solution for keeping their vessels in top condition throughout the year.
