West Clare Railway Company Limited is the custodial organisation behind the West Clare Railway heritage museum and its historic railway line. Dedicated to preserving and showcasing the rich railway legacy of County Clare, the company curates a collection of vintage rolling stock, artefacts and interpretive displays that illustrate the region's transport history.

The heritage railway traditionally offered visitors the chance to experience authentic steam-driven journeys along the original track, complemented by educational programmes and special events designed for families, history enthusiasts and school groups. While the museum and railway are currently closed to the public until further notice, West Clare Railway remains committed to safeguarding this unique piece of Irish industrial heritage for future generations.
