The Irish Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (IVCA) is the representative body for venture capital and private equity firms operating on the island of Ireland. By championing equity funding and advisory services, the IVCA helps high-potential Irish companies grow, while providing a collective voice for its members in policy discussions and regulatory matters.

IVCA's membership spans three tiers - Full Members who fund unquoted companies, Affiliate Members from overseas or with a significant Irish presence, and Associate Members offering specialist advice in corporate finance, law and accounting.
